Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. A delivery charge of AED 30 per order (non-refundable) applies.

We ship throughout the UAE with delivery in 1-3 days from the date the order is submitted.

Orders placed after the cut-off time (6PM) and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted.

Returns

You can contact our call centre on 800 33563 to cancel or partially cancel an order. Your order can be cancelled any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a refund to the payment method in the country of purchase and the original payment mode.
